These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, forms, programs, products, and communications of Skyline View Ventures, doing business as The Clear Skin Nutritionist ("The Clear Skin Nutritionist," "we," "us," or "our"), including our text message program. By using our sites, applying, buying a product, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, submit our application or forms, buy our products, or join our text message program. By doing so, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
2. Our Services
The Clear Skin Nutritionist offers:
1:1 Clear Skin Program: a personalized, root-cause nutrition program for skin concerns, which may include functional testing and personalized protocols. Some testing, supplements, or products may involve additional costs.
Free discovery call: a no-cost call to see whether the program is a good fit. Submitting an application or booking a call does not create a client agreement. Program details, pricing, and terms are confirmed directly with you before you enroll.
Digital products: such as The Clear Skin Root Cause Blueprint (priced as shown at checkout) and free guides or downloads.
Availability of testing and supplements may be limited in some countries, and we may decline to work with clients where we cannot provide the program.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
The Clear Skin Nutritionist provides nutrition education and coaching. Our services, products, website, and communications are not medical advice and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a doctor, dermatologist, or other licensed healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new diet, supplement, or protocol, and before changing or stopping any medication. Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or heard from us. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are non-refundable and all sales are final. This applies to the 1:1 Program, digital products, and testing and supplements. No refunds will be given for any reason, including partial use, early withdrawal, or change of mind.
1:1 Program: fees and the payment schedule (including any payment plan) are as agreed at enrollment, and payments are due as scheduled. Missed or failed payments may pause your access to the program until your account is brought up to date. Fees are non-refundable.
Digital products: paid in full at checkout, at the price shown at checkout. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Testing and supplements: functional testing is provided by third-party labs, and lab fees and supplement costs are paid separately from the program fee. They are explained before you purchase them and are non-refundable.
Discovery calls: free. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed calls without advance notice may not be eligible to rebook.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our sites and in our programs and products (including guides, the Blueprint, protocols, text, and images) belongs to The Clear Skin Nutritionist or its licensors. It is for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without our written permission.
6. SMS / Text Message Program
Program name: The Clear Skin Nutritionist Appointment Reminders and Updates.
When you opt in (for example by checking the SMS consent box on our application form), The Clear Skin Nutritionist may send recurring automated text messages to the phone number you provide. Messages may include:
appointment reminders for your discovery call or sessions
updates about your application, booking, and services
Program terms:
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@theclearskinnutritionist.com.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier under your plan.
Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes: We may change or end the program at any time.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including mobile and SMS opt-in data.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use our sites and communications only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with or misuse our services.
8. Disclaimers
Our websites, products, and communications are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Clear Skin Nutritionist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites, services, products, or text message program. In any case, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version, and changes take effect when posted.
